David Wellman founded Atlantic First Mortgage Corporation in 1998. David received a degree in accounting from the University of Florida and served as a CPA prior to receiving his mortgage brokers license. With a solid understanding of financial business management, Mr Wellman went on to establish and grow Atlantic First Mortgage Corporation into a highly regarded mortgage brokerage business with offices in Bonita Springs, Naples, as well as Aventura. He is a member of the Florida Association of Mortgage Brokers(FAMB)
